紧迫停炉时，制止只用外表风封闭控制阀，一定要封闭炉前手阀。如遇被加热介质中止，应当即救活，炉膛通入蒸汽。炉出人员及过热蒸汽压力计；调理风门及烟道挡板；紧迫放空设备；防爆门；炉膛及回弯头箱救活蒸汽线。
